Limits on Stanton Voter Records
Approval does not turn a voter file into general-use data. The Orange County form bars commercial, advertising, and marketing use. Place names make this search harder. The community was called Benedict before 1911, became Stanton, disincorporated in 1924, and incorporated again in 1956. A person at the same site may therefore appear under Benedict, unincorporated Orange County, a school district, a ranch or subdivision, or a nearby-city reference. County and state archives provide the best fallback because continuous Stanton municipal voter rolls cannot be assumed.
